Police are questioning witnesses following the suspicious death of a woman in her 40's.
The woman's heart stopped while she was at her home on St. Georges Street in Longueuil on the south shore, police say.
She was taken to hospital at 5 a.m., but she was not breathing. CPR efforts failed and she was pronounced dead.
Investigators are talking to a man and a woman who were in the apartment at the time to try and determine what happened.
