A 34-year-old man was gunned down Wednesday night in Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
Witnesses say the man was shot several times around 12:45 a.m. near Tolhurst park, at the corner of Tolhurst and Sauriol.
Unfortunately the witnesses have not been able to provide a good description of the gunman.
Montreal police say they know the victim, that he belongs to a gang, and is not co-operating with their efforts to find the attacker.
The victim is in critical but stable condition.
