A man has been arrested for a second time after another man died following a beating in Cote-des-neiges nearly three weeks ago.
A 70-year-old man was attacked in his apartment on Decarie boulevard on July 25.
He never recovered from his injuries, and died last Thursday.
A 27-year-old man was released following initial charges of aggravated assault.
He was arrested again on Thursday evening and now faces a charge of second-degree-murder.
