Someone opened fire on two men inside a car in Riviere-des-Prairies on Monday evening.
Two men were sitting in a parked car at Gouin Blvd. and 39th Ave. around midnight when someone fired shots.
A 50-year-old man was hit in the upper body - the bullets missed the second person.
The shooter fled on foot following the shooting and is still at large.
The victim was transported to hospital in serious condition.
