Construction work will close the Bonaventure Expressway from Friday night through midday on Saturday.
Detours will force people off the Expressway in both directions at Exit 2.
The Wellington street on-ramp will also be closed.
However the bridge corporation says the Champlain bridge will be delay-free this weekend.
No lane closures are scheduled until Monday.
