A woman in her 80s is dead after she was struck by a car while crossing Sherbrooke St. E just after 7 p.m. Saturday night.
Another woman in her 50s was seriously injured.
Both women were crossing Sherbrooke between Plessis and Champlain Sts. near Notre Dame Hospital when they were hit by a car driving west.
The woman in her 80s suffered head injuries and was declared dead in hospital, said police.
