Mayor Gerald Tremblay promises to speed up snow removal this winter if he is re-elected.
He is promising to spend an extra $67 million over four years.
The goal is to make snow clearing operations twice as fast by the end of his third mandate.
Tremblay is also promising to invest $600 million on roads, and $10 million on cleanliness.
