A Pointe Claire family says a judge went too easy on a deadly drag racer.
The judge sentenced a 23-year-old woman to four years in prison for the race that killed Mark Callaghan.
It happened near St. Jean sur Richelieu in October 2005.
A second man pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing death, and it was his car that hit Callaghan's head-on after jumping the median.
The woman who was sentenced Tuesday had fled the scene after the drag race.
The case had been delayed several times over the past four years.
