There has been a deadly crash involving a vehicle colliding with a building.
It happened around 5:15 a.m. Tuesday at the corner of Micro and Des Prairies in Laval.
A 35-year-old man crashed his van through a metal fence and into a condo building.
The man died on impact and the van caught fire.
It seems his van flew right over the condo parking garage and into a condo unity wall.
Several people fled the building when the car caught fire.
It's not clear why the man lost control -- there will be an autopsy.
