A man in his 30s is in critical condition following an attempted murder in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.
The victim was stabbed in the upper body at the corner of Aylwin and La Fontaine just after 2 a.m. Wednesday.
He staggered northbound on Aylwin to Ontario St., where witnesses called 911.
Police continue to investigate the motive behind the attack. It's possible the man was stabbed during a robbery.
Police are looking for a white male in his 20s or 30s who was wearing a dark jacket and dark baseball cap.
He fled the scene on a bike.
