Three men have been arrested in connection with a debit card cloning scheme.

Iurie Nepotu, 40, Marin Varga, 43 years and Cristian Roman, 34, are facing charges of possession of a cloning device, fraud over $5,000, possession of the tools for forging credit cards, wearing a disguise for criminal intent, conspiracy and breach of condition.
