MONTREAL - A 34-year-old man was charged Thursday with second degree murder in connection with the death of a man in Cote des Neiges on Tuesday.
Rodrigo Odones is accused of beating the 44-year-old victim, Rogelio Noguera, with a blunt object at some point between Jan. 15 and 18 in the victim's apartment at 4770 Plamondon St.
The body of the victim was discovered Tuesday night by the superintendent of the building, and Odones was arrested at around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning not long after the body was discovered.
