MONTREAL - A 59-year-old man is the 29th person to be killed in Montreal this year.
Police say two neighbours were arguing at the corner of St. Andre and Ontario streets when one man,43, stabbed the other in the chest.
The victim was rushed to hospital where overnight he died of his injuries.
The other man in the argument has been arrested and will be questioned by police on Tuesday.
Police say both men have mental health issues.
