MONTREAL - Months after the death of Jack Layton the NDP leadership race is nearing its end.
Candidates met in Montreal on Sunday for the second-to-last debate before a new leader is chosen on March 24.
One of the top contenders for the job is labour official turned MP for Parkdale-High Park, Peggy Nash.
She sat down with Paul Karwatsky to answer the question: is Thomas Mulcair the man to beat?
