MONTREAL - With Montreal's Centaur Theatre entering its 44th season, the company's executive director is making a pitch to Montrealers: turn off the screens and check us out.
"In Canada over the past 50 years there has been so much growth, such a celebration of artists," said executive director Roy Surette. "I really like the accessibility of some of the stories we like to tell."
After a successful run with Schwartz's, the theatre is looking for its next big hit.
